Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at thelookco.miami@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Final sale items
• Items showing signs of wear or damage

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at thelookco.miami@gmail.com.
