At Soul Armor By Nicole Chantal Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 22 days from the date of order. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for return.

Store Credit Only

All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges at this time.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
In their original packaging
Free from damage, scent, or signs of wear

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you received a wrong item due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us and we will provide a prepaid label in that case.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at soularmorbyncolechantal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide next steps.

Soul Armor reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
